agrees to make payments to “The Institute for Paleo-Orthodox Christian Studies,” by the following schedule in exchange for Educational Services Rendered. This payment schedule is enforceable by law, and the methods described below will be used in cases of delinquent payment.
By this agreement, it is agreed that a payment of $247.48 will be surrendered to the Institute for Paleo-Orthodox Christian Studies every Month for 3 months until the total of required payment of $700, for 2 courses, has been delivered. You understand that payments can be made early and payments not made by the due date will result in your immediate removal from the courses.
The payment plan will take the following form:
This agreement is binding, and failure to meet its terms will allow the Institute to take certain recourse. Insufficient payment and bounced checks will incur a fee of $35. If payment should not be delivered at all, Registrar will be entitled to Suspend all educational activities, cancel enrollment and transfer account to creditors.
By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Alterations to this agreement can only be made consent of both parties and must be placed in writing. Both parties will receive a printed copy of this agreement and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
